At Mission Without Borders New Zealand, we are proud to have a dedicated and skilled team committed to supporting the most vulnerable people in Eastern Europe. Flexibility and collaboration are at the heart of our work, enabling us to adapt and take on challenges as they arise. Our team is made up of full-time and part-time staff, as well as passionate volunteers, each bringing their unique expertise and experience to our mission.

Mission Without Borders is an international network of Christian organisations linking donors and sponsors to children, families and vulnerable adults in Eastern Europe. Our international organisation (Mission Without Borders International) coordinates our programs in Eastern Europe and provides strategic leadership, management, systems, and governance support for all our countries. Local Boards provide local oversight while the International Board provides global oversight and strategy for our work.
